With experience living throughout Canada (Toronto, Vancouver, Manitoba, Ottawa, Quebec), Matthew knows that the country offers multitudes of options. He also understands the diverse stories of newcomers to Canada, not just the places they decide to settle. His work has focused on helping newcomers to Canada navigate the immigration-related transitions required to fulfill dreams of pursuing education, building careers, making their home in a new community, and writing the story for which they came to Canada.

Since Matthew obtained his license as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (#R516046) in 2016, he has supported hundreds of people from around the world. His work is rooted in warmth, understanding, authenticity, and integrity. Because he also lived outside Canada for four years, he has deep intercultural experience that has informed the heartful approach he takes in working with clients to obtain visas, study permits, work permits, permanent residence, and citizenship. Alongside years of legal experience, he knows that personalized human-centred support is crucial to helping his clients thrive as they write their own Canadian story.
