Where’s my invoice?

Tax complexities prevent us from automating our invoices, but Igor will send one by email as quickly as possible! The invoice will come from ACUITY and may not hit your inbox. Please check other folders such as Spam, Updates, or Promotions. 

What are my payment options?

  • Credit Card (cards from outside North America may not be accepted)

  • E-transfer (Canada only)

  • Western Union (international)

Please send e-transfers to info@mmimmigrationservices.com, using your birthday as the password in the following format: DDMMYYYY. We will not accept the e-transfer until after the consultation. All invoices also include a credit card link. Please contact us in advance if you cannot pay by credit card or e-transfer. 

By when do I need to pay for my consultation?

Payment must be received by the consultation’s start time. The consultation will not begin until payment is made, nor will the appointment be extended to accomodate payment time.

Do you credit consultation fees towards other work?

Yes, we do!

If, after the consultation, we decide to work together on a complete immigration application with Matthew as your legal representative, the fees for your appointment will be credited towards the total professional fees for any immigration application that I prepare and submit on your behalf.

This offer is only valid for 30 days from the consultation date.

What is your change/cancellation policy?

Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours ahead of the meeting at no cost.

Otherwise, appointments are subject to full fee payment.
